This applies to the whole mailbox Click 'Vacation Message' in the top nav. Click 'Edit'. Check the box next 'Enable Vacation Message' to enable or disable. Click 'Save' when done. Auto-responder. This can be applied to individual email aliases Click 'Responders' in the top nav. Click 'Add a Responder'. Select an alias. Click 'Add Auto Responder' when done. When someone sends an email to info@yourdomainname.com.au, the email will still be delivered to the inbox, but the auto responder/vacation message will then be sent to the sender. Forwarding everything to another email addressAdd the email address to forward to, click 'Save' when done. Remove the email address to disable forwarding. |
