Email settings for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
Warning:
Trying to rush through these settings will inevitably result in
mistakes which means you will have to go back over them each time until
the settings are right. Please take your time and be meticulous in
getting every character correct, it will save you a lot of frustration!
Most
common mistakes are missing a dot, putting an @ symbol instead of a
dot, putting in spaces or putting a capital instead of a lowercase
letter.
Field number '6' in red for the 'Outgoing mail server' needs to be provided by your broadband company (e.g. mail.bigpond.com)
Please choose either A or B

a) Steps for setting up a brand new email account address:
1) Open up Microsoft Office Outlook on your computer.
2) Go to Tools> E-mail Accounts
3) Choose 'Add a new e-mail account', then choose 'Pop 3' and click 'Next'
4) Fill in the information provided to you by Graphics Online for the fields 1-8 (these are highlighted in red)
5) Click on 'More Settings', then click on each tab (General,
Outgoing Server, Connection, Advanced) and check the information is
filled in correctly as shown in the screen shots below. Take notice of
the check boxes and make sure that each box that is supposed to be
'ticked' actually is.
6) Click 'OK' and then your done.
7) Click 'Send and Receive' to see if it is receiving OK.
If it does not work then repeat the process above checking each entry meticulously
b) Steps for editing an email address which is partly set up in order to get it working?
1) Open up Microsoft Office Outlook on your computer.
2) Go to Tools> E-mail Accounts
3) Choose 'View or change existing e-mail accounts'
4) Fill in the information provided to you by Graphics Online for the fields 1-8 (these are highlighted in red)
5) Click on 'More Settings', then click on each tab (General,
